• Yom Yerushalayim. Thank you to the Berman Band, story-teller Rami Shanani, and Old Yishuv Sushi Ltd. for giving us a taste of Yom Yerushalayyim without leaving the neighborhood.
• Help wanted - Kiddush Manager. Seeking part-time employee to be Shul's Kiddush Manager. Requirements: Shabbat and Chag supervision, and driver’s license. Responsibilities include: supervising teenage Kiddush workers, ordering & picking up food, inventory control, kitchen and storeroom cleanliness, etc. If you are interested in the job (or for more information) please email Raanan at kiddush@bermanshul.org, or president@bermanshul.org.

Shavuot and Shiurim for the Chag שבועות ושיעורים

• Shavuot meal with Geirim. Old and new converts are invited to Shavuot night dinner, and joint study with the Berman community. On the night of Shavuot we will hold a joint meal where veteran converts can share and empower new converts and enlighten the members of the Berman community regarding their the journey to Judaism. After the meal, we will continue to "Tikkun Leil Shavuot" study and Shiurim with the Berman community. For those who live far from the community, it is possible to spend the night in the houses of the community members, and celebrate the whole holiday with them. • ארוחת ליל שבועות עם גרים. גרים ומתגיירים מוזמנים לארוחת ליל שבועות ולימוד משותף עם קהילת ברמן. בליל שבועות נערוך ארוחה משותפת שבו מתגיירים ותיקים יוכלו לשתף ולהעצים מתגיירים חדשים ולהאיר את עיני חברי קהילת ברמן במסע של חייהם. לאחר הארוחה נמשיך ל"תיקון ליל שבועות" לימוד ושיעורים עם קהילת ברמן. למי שגר רחוק מהקהילה אפשר ללון בבתי אנשי הקהילה, ולחגוג איתם את כל החג. מספר המקומות מוגבל! חובה למלא מיידית את טופס ההשתתפות שנוכל להערך בזמן - https://forms.gle/FNz7kVeA1emUykhPA. תודה!
• Tikkun Leil Shavuot. The education committee has arranged a full program of learning for all ages over Shavuot, starting Shavuot night at 23:00. The schedule may be seen here.
• Yizkor. A list of the deceased who were members at the time of their passing, can be seen here (women) and here (men), and on the Noticeboard.
• [Kids'] Shavuot Learning and Ice Cream Party!! Join us on Shavuot afternoon (Wednesday, 12 June) at 17:00 at the Shul. There will be separate Shiurim for the various age groups (Gan, grades 1-3, grades 4-6, grades 7 and up), and then the learning will conclude with an ice cream sundae bar!!
• לימוד וגלידה בשבועות ! ילדי הקהילה מוזמנים לשיעור תורה ביום שבועות באחה״צ בברמן בשעה 17.00 (יום ד׳, 12 ביוני). השיעורים יתחלקו לפי גיל (ילדי גן, כיתות א-ג, כיתות ד-ו וכיתה ז ומעלה). בסוף הלימוד - גלידה!
• Please join us for a Women’s Limmud, Wednesday Shavuot afternoon at 18:00. We will be discussing ”Resilience” with four speakers: Sarah Weiss Ma’udi, Rebecca Krausz, Leora Ronen and Ellen Shankman. Please note NEW VENUE: 8 Herzog (at Eisenberg), ground floor, Apartment 1, Gorodesky family, in the garden. Please feel free to share.
