• Our membership is blessed with a spirit of giving at the highest levels. This week, we extend a special Yasher Koach to Leora, Tali, and Liat Pineles, whose Chesed in the form of multiple hair donations for cancer patients, as well as Tali’s ongoing social activism were recognized in the last week in both national as well as local news outlets. • The Azkara commemorating the the first yahrzeit of Irene Dym z”l will take place on Friday May 5 at 9:15 at the Rehovot cemetery.
• An Azkara for Marvin Hershkowitz z"l on his third yahrtzeit will take place at the Rehovot cemetery, Monday May 1st, the 10th of Iyar at 18:15.

SHUL ACTIVITIES, EVENTS AND REMINDERS תזכורות, אירועים ופעילויות של בית הכנסת

• Shministim kiddush. On Shabbat Jun 17th, we will be holding our annual kiddush honoring the Shul's 12th grade graduates. If you have a daughter/son in 12th grade and would like to participate, please contact Shmulie Pineles by WhatsApp at 058-600-7801.
• Bermans got the rhythm. Thank you to the organizers of this year's fun and tasty Yom Haatzmaut event, Deena Lederman, Binyamin Adler, Rochelle Pomerantz, Rivki Schwarzbaum, Michelle Stoops, and Jeanette Taylor. Thank you as well to Yair Pomerantz and Rotem Weiss for indispensable catering help, and to all the [mainly young] drummers.
• The Bikur Holim Committee would like to reintroduce itself to the community and remind members of our purpose and how it works. After receiving a request for a visit (either by the person needing assistance or by a family member or friend), a text goes out through Whatsapp to the committee and then people who are available to visit, reach out to the person to set a time for the visit. We may also be available to pick up medications or drive someone to/from the doctor.
