• Bathrooms/Restrooms/Washrooms: The facilities outside the shul (by the main entrance) are primarily for women and young children. There are facilities inside, accessible through the back of the men's section when the shul is open; these are primarily for men and young children, and also have 3 stalls which is 1 more than outside. The long line/queue to use the outside facilities would be greatly alleviated if men use the indoor facilities whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• ESRA Rehovot Presents Online via Zoom November 17 at 19:30, “Karaite Judaism,” a talk by Prof. Daniel J. Lasker. Karaism is the longest surviving non-Rabbinic form of Judaism. It emerged in the Islamic Middle East in the ninth century and still exists today. Prof. Lasker will discuss the emergence and history of Karaism, how Karaite practice differs from that of Rabbinic Judaism, and the status of Karaites in Israel. Prof. Lasker is the Norbert Blechner Professor of Jewish Values (emeritus) in the Goldstein-Goren Department of Jewish Thought at Ben-Gurion University, and the author of eight books and over 250 publications. • Emunah Rehovot's next meeting is on Tuesday November 8 at 10.30 a.m. when Deborah Nathan, World Emunah's Co-ordinator of Operations and International Liaison will tell us all about "Emunah - What's New?".  The meeting will be at the home of Karen and Eddy Benattar, Harav Shiber 8, Kiryat David, Rehovot. We will have our usual Mini Book Sale (please bring up to 5 paperback, fiction books which we will sell for NIS 5 each) and we will also have the Mitzvah Cake and some greetings cards for sale at NIS 10 each.  Donation at the door - NIS 10 members, NIS 15 non members - Men welcome. Bring your friends who aren't members of Emunah and if they join and pay the yearly membership of NIS 60 they won't need to pay the door fee.
