• We regret to announce the passing of Sharon Dyckman z”l, the sister of our member Jerry Kriger. The funeral was held in New Jersey. Jerry will be sitting shiva through 13:30 Friday, June 3, at his home, 4 Pinsker Street. Shiva visiting hours are: 9:00 – 13:30, 16:30 – 21:30. Shavuot:

• Holiday Halacha guide. This Saturday evening, Motzaei Shabbat [June 4, 2022] is also Erev Shavu'ot. This entails several rules and guidelines regarding preparations, Kiddush and Havdala, which are discussed in the "Guidelines for Motsa'ei Shabbat which is Erev Shavu'ot (2022)" by Rabbi Aryeh Frimer - which may be seen here, and on the Noticeboard.
• Tikun Leil Shavuot learning program and schedule of other Shiurim over Chag may be seen on the Noticeboard or at the direct link, here.
• Bermanoar Tikun Leil Shavuot for 8th graders and up 23:00 Shavuot night (Sat night) under the Pergola. Led by Steve Kronengold. Please bring a Tanach משחקי אסוציאציות במגילת רות. נא להביא תנ”ך
• Fifth annual תיקון יום שבועות learning program on Shavuot afternoon (Sunday June 5th) 17:30-19:30 at the shul. Children of all ages welcome. There will be facilitated learning for different age groups (4- 6, 6-8, 8-10, 10-12 and 12+). Parents are requested to join their children in the learning. Refreshments to include ice cream sundae bar. Join us for a festive parent/child learning experience!
• בחג השבועות בצהריים (יום א' 05.06.2022) יערך לימוד תיקון יום שבועות בבית כנסת ברמן. הלימוד יחל בשעה 17:30 למשך כשעתיים. ילדים והורים בכל הגילאים מוזמנים. הלימוד יהיה מותאם לגילאים שונים (4-6, 6-8, 8-10, 10-12, 12+). הורים מתבקשים ללוות את ילדיהן במהלך הלימוד.במהלך הלימוד יוגש כיבוד קל שיכלול גלידה. בואו בשמחה, ושנזכה לעסוק יחד בדברי תורה!

Beyond Shavuot:

• Jointly sponsored Yahrtzeit kiddush - Sivan. The Sivan JSK will be held on June 11th, Parashat Beha'alotcha. • The Board is seeking 1-2 volunteers to serve on the Nominations Canvassing Committee to recruit candidates for the Board and Audit C ommittee in preparation for the upcoming AGM (date, reports, and additional information to follow). • The Board meeting scheduled for May 30 will take place on June 6, 2022 at 20:30 at the Shul. The agenda will be posted on the Member Documents page.

• "Midreshet Ha'Shabbat" lectures continue in the shul before Mincha. For schedule of times and speakers, see link here. This week's speaker is Josh Klein, at 18:20 (not as written on schedule).
