• Guide for last day Chag and Shabbat. R' Arye Frimer has prepared a short guide entitled "When Isru Chag Pesach Falls on Shabbat – Pesach 5782/2022". It covers Eruv Tavshilin, Candle Lighting, and Cooking Rice and Kitniyot on Pesach for Shabbat. It may be seen here and on the Noticeboard.
• Yizkor. To honor the memory of Berman members, we have posted a list of the deceased who were members at the time of their passing. The list may be seen here (women) and here (men), and on the Noticeboard.

Shiurim:

• Shabbat Morning: The weekly Parashat HaShavua Shiur after Teffila will take place this Shabbat, and will be given by Menachem Malkosh.
• Shabbat Afternoon I: "Midreshet Ha'Shabbat" lectures continue in the shul before Mincha. For schedule of times and speakers, see link here. This week, Rav Moti Goldreich.

• Shabbat Afternoon II: David Drory will be giving the Shiur between Mincha and Maariv Shabbat afternoon on the topic מנהגים, נוסח וציורים בהגדה של פסח בליווי דוגמאות.
• Next Shabbat (Parashat Kedoshim, April 30th): Rabbi Aryeh Frimer will renew his Shabbat Morning Shiurim, with a new series entitled "Insights into the Haggada: Sources, Structure and Commentaries".

After Pesach:

• Yom Hashoa event. זכרון בסולון - Spend Yom Hashoa having a meaningful conversation with young Jewish leaders from Minneapolis. This will be an English, in-person event at Bermans. Thursday April 28th 19:45-21:30. Sign up here. Partnership 2Gether (P2G) is a program of the Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI) that:
  *Provides opportunities for 500 Jewish communities worldwide to participate in cultural, educational and social exchanges with Israeli communities
  *Strengthens the bonds between Israel and Diaspora Jewry through “sister city” pairings
  *Offers Diaspora Jews a hands on vehicle to assist in Israel’s economic and community development. To develop and strengthen Jewish communities in Israel and overseas by creating revitalized, ongoing, and meaningful engagement between members of these communities, based on mutual endeavor and shared Jewish identity. The city of Rehovot has been in Partnership with the Jewish community of Minneapolis for the past 7 years.
• Next week- Cholent Kiddush- Cooks needed!! Presenting the Fourth annual Berman Shul cholent cook-off. Sample the best cholents from our home grown talent and vote on your favorites. Please contact Omri flicker @ 058-628-7976 to participate. When: Kiddush after shul on April 30th (Parashat Kedoshim). Kashrut for this event has been coordinated with the Halacha Committee of the Shul.
