Green Pass Rules apply in our Shul. Masks covering mouth and nose must be worn at all indoor activities and will be strictly enforced. Distancing at the kiddush is highly advised. If you don't feel well, even if you are fully vaccinated, STAY HOME. Current rules require that all persons aged 3 and up must either be vaccinated, have recovered from COVID or have a negative COVID test (PCR) done within the last 72 hours (or a government quick test from within the last 24 hours). • Thank you. The entire Edelman clan thanks the Berman community for so benevolently assisting in arrangements for Sara’s shiva: chairs, sidurim, meals, announcements and, most of all, the outpouring of love and condolences in Sara’s memory. Back in 1970, Sara sewed the first mechitza for the fledgling shul (then held in the back part of the current men’s section). Through the years, she marveled at the continuing growth and strength of the Berman community she had helped to initiate. Thank you once again. Meir, Ari & Hanna, Rachel, Yael, Elana and Rina.

SHUL ACTIVITIES, EVENTS AND REMINDERS תזכורות, אירועים ופעילויות של בית הכנסת

• Please note that there will be no mini-minyan this week. We hope to resume next Shabbat (August 28th).
• Please note that work is being done on the campus and paths leading to the shul which may temporarily affect ease of access to the shul environs. While we are making every effort to have the Yeshiva and Seminary's contractors pick up their tools and materials, for the sake of everyone's safety, please make sure your children do not play with anything that may have been left behind, despite our requests.
• שימו לב: עבודות הקמת הגדר ופיתוח שטחי הקמפוס בעיצומן ועשויות לגרום לאי נוחות זמנית בבואנו להתפלל. אמנם אנו עושים את מיטב יכולתנו לגרום לקבלני הישיבה והמכללה לאסוף את חומרי הבניה והכלים שלהם לבסוף שבוע העבודה, למען בבטיחות, יש לשים לב שילדיכם לא משחקים בחפצים מסוכנים שנותרו בשטח למרות דרישותינו האמורות.
• High Holidays. All current shul members should have received a personalised email inviting them to register for 5782 and book seats for the high-holiday minyanim. If you are a member and did not receive the letter, please send email to website@bermanshul.org. Registration instructions for non-members will follow in the next two weeks.

• Jointly sponsored Yahrtzeit kiddush - Elul. The Elul JSK will be held on Sept 4th, Parashat Nitzavim. Judd confirms all emails he receives; if you do not hear back, please follow up.
