- Welcome to David Schmidt! David is working in the Dept of Chemistry at Weizmann for the next 6 weeks, prior to going on for a PhD at University College, London. David currently plans to be in Rehovot for 5 of those shabbatot, and would appreciate home hospitality for meals. - **Special Oleh** Welcome and Mazal Tov to Jack Nasielski on his Aliyah from Edison, NJ. Jack was born in Germany in 1925, survived the evils of four different concentration camps including Auschwitz, and immigrated to New York City in 1947 where he would meet his wife and raise his family. Jack is joining his kids, new members Bruce and Lilly Jacobi (Lilly will be arriving in a few weeks), his grandkids Chevi and Raimy Rubin and his great grandkids Etai and Ariel Rubin in Rehovot! His other 2 daughters, 7 grandkids, and 10 greatgrandchildren live around the US and Israel. Mazal Tov to the entire family! - I am looking for a reliable young pre- or post army person to work on an hourly basis (student fee) at the faculty of Agriculture experimental farm, near Neve Amit 10-15 hrs a week, June and July, starting immediately.
