We regret to announce the passing of Shlomo Peleg z”l, the father of our member David Peleg. The funeral took place on Friday, June 1 in Ashdod. David sat shiva in Rehovot and then with his brother in Moshav Sussiya. His number is 08-934-4348. המקום ינחם אותו בתוך שאר אבלי ציון וירושלים.

A Special General Meeting (SGM) will take place on Tuesday June 12, 2018 at 19:30 to approve the financial reports. A copy of the signed 2017 Financial Statements and draft of the Doch Miluli are posted on the shul bulletin board (the real one at shul, not the website), and on the members' only page of the shul website (login required).

Looking for a number of volunteers (in English as well) to help a group of converts to study, in preparation for the Beit Din test. We will be meeting for a marathon of studies on Sunday, June 17 between 17:30 and 21:30, you can come for all or part of it. The material is basic knowledge of Jewish practice: Tefillah, Kashrut, Shabbat and holidays and Tanach-Parashat Shavua.
