We regret to announce the passing of Meyer Elling z'l, brother of our member Aviva Cohen The funeral was held on 30.5 in the US. Aviva will be sitting shiva at 34/20 Yaakov St, from 6:00 PM Wednesday (30.5) evening through Tuesday morning (5.6). She can be reached at 08-949-1003 or 054-217-1903. Yom Ha'achdut. (In Hebrew) Meeting of volunteers from a range of Rehovot community organizations to share information and ideas about their activities. Beit Midrash Nishmat Chaya. On Tuesday Rav Lindenbaum will begin a new series of shiurim on the subject "Killing Civilians in War - moral and halachic aspects". All are welcome to participate.

Matan Dil, 35, is the married father of three children with another on the way. He is the Deputy Mayor of Rehovot and heads the Rehovoti party, a nonpartisan, independent party running for city council for the second time. He has been active in municipal matters for some ten years and is passionate about our city. Matan seeks to continuously improve the quality of life in Rehovot. He’s worth listening to!
