• **This coming week** The Berman Shul and AMIT Chug Rehovot join to invite you to a fascinating lecture and visual presentation in English: "Inscriptions on the Temple Mount--Eyewitness to Jewish History." Join us to see history come alive with Professor Jonathan Price, Tel Aviv University. Sunday, February 7, 2016 8:00 PM at Bermans. Professor Price, a specialist in the history of the Jews and the Roman empire, as well as in synagogue inscriptions, earned his MA and PhD from Princeton University (See flyer on the Noticeboard).
  
  
• ..and the following week. Lecture by Dr Akiva Sternberg (in Hebrew) on his new book "The Ancient Traditionalists – Committed to Halacha, Yet Breaching its Borders". On Monday Feb 14th at Bermans. Maariv 19:50, and lecture at 20:00. Dr. Sternberg's book will be available for purchase for NIS 100. Proceeds to charity. Details and biography of the author on the Noticeboard.
