PDF program (e.g. Adobe Reader) to open and print it.
You can either print the blank form and complete by hand or
fill the form on your computer before printing. (Data entered

- What to do if the siren sounds
while you are in shul. The “safe” areas have been
designated as follows:
- Rear part of the main shul and
library (away from the windows).
- Upstairs corridor behind the
gallery.
If the siren sounds, you should
go to the closest of these areas quickly but calmly. The
designated areas have been chosen because they have few
outside walls and windows, are protected by the floors above,
and are easily accessible. (The shelter behind the shul is too
inaccessible to reach in time.)
Rav Arye adds: If a siren is
sounded while one is in the middle of the shmoneh esrei, one
should walk quickly to the protected area without talking
(unless absolutely necessary) and continue shemoneh
esrei. This is true for an individual or Hazan.
