    • The letter and seat-order form have been placed on the shul website as a single  PDF document, which also includes a second form for you to use to provide personal information for our database (PDF link here). Both forms are also available as Excel documents (seatingform.xls and personal-info-form.xls ). As last year, the printed documents have not been mailed out and you are requested to please print out your own copy. Please consider printing extra copies for members you know who may not be able to print their own.
Please note: Receipts for postdated checks will be issued when the checks are deposited.
    • Please bring machzorim for yourself and your children on Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur. The shul has a limited number of machzorim, and we would like to make them available to those who are in the process of giyur or otherwise do not have machzorim of them own.
HOSPITALITY, COMINGS & GOINGS - הכנסת אורחים
The community wishes to know about new arrivals or people planning to come to Rehovot so that we can welcome them. You may send in their details for the weekly bulletin, to hospitality@bermanshul.org or to Chaya Tannor.
  • List of new arrivals:
This year Berman’s has had a large influx of new families joining the community. Berman members have opened their homes and arms to them with great warmth. We would like to continue that wonderful Berman’s hospitality and invite them to our Shabbat and Chag meals. Please follow this link which will take you to the current list of all the new families and their contact information.

  • Yitzchak Dawidowicz, a former Gush student and recent YU graduate, is here for the year on a volunteer program based in Rehovot (among other things, helping Israeli pupils learn English). He's very personable, well-read, great conversationalist, etc. and would love to meet new people and families of all ages. Please include him among your Shabbat guests. He may also stay in Rehovot for Rosh Hashana (not sure re Succot), so it would be great if he could be invited for a couple of meals then, too. His number (after 6-7 Sept) is 058-473-7286. He and his family are good friends of Dov and Chumi Kanner.
