PERSONAL & BASEMENT
Please note that the Berman Community is not responsible for the Halachic propriety
or kashrut of items listed.
- Looking for dependable helpers for short-term unpacking of household items, immediate
availability essential. Sandy, 054-5418789
- Aquerobics
For those who are interested: An aquaerobic group meets in the Faculty of Agriculture
swimming pool starting 1 June. Active exercise in the water with music gives protection
for the joints, from muscle strain (shaping), and hydromassage and improves one's
mood. Especially suitable for women, young and not so young. There are women-only
and mixed groups. There is a very nice certified coach (Catherine, cell: 054-645-9585,
speaks Hebrew and Russian). I heartily recommend this.
