- Other news:
- The Young Israel organization has announced that it is seceding from its
parent organization, the Elders of Zion. This announcement comes just as
the parent organization considers its own future (see article).
- In an attempt to outdo the Saudi’s, ultraorthodox circles have called for
a complete ban on men’s participation in the sale or purchase of all underwear
(men’s too, since they seldom purchase their own underwear anyway). A special amuta
will be set up to help out unmarried male orphans and transvestites.
- The same ultraorthodox circles have also called for the banning of English due to
lack of gender separation.
