  • The New Year has begun, the holidays will soon be over, and now is the perfect time to act on that new year resolution to take off those unwanted kilograms. The Weight Watchers group in Givat Brenner is a "closed group" which means that those who join meet weekly for a nine week "semester", and new people do not join during these nine weeks. Since you really get to know the people in the group, the support and encouragement you get ( and give to others) is very special! You usually don't get that kind of group support in an open group in the city. The new nine week "semester" will begin on Monday, October 24th at 18:30 (six thirty p.m.)! The group will only start if we have 15 people signed up. If you're interested, please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
