  • I am looking for an apartment the closest possible to the Machon and also not too far from Herzel st. I thought of Pinsker or Alkalai. The second circle is for options at: Gordon, Eizenberg, Hara"z, Neve Gad & Kipnis. I am looking for 4.5 (or preferably 5) rooms, air conditioned, parking, elevator, open balcony (facing north if possible) etc. I am looking for a relatively new building / apartment preferably with open kitchen or at least renovated (kitchen and bathrooms are sensitive and important). I prefer a high floor, but it can be also a ground floor if it is a private house (and then probably not new but renovated). I am looking to spend up to 5K a month.
