• Mazal tov to Audrey and Fred Samuels on the birth of a grand daughter. Mazal tov also to the parents, Daniella and Shaya Aruous, and to Shaya’s parents Yosef and Tikva Aruous of Jerusalem. 
   
• The parallel minyan wants you! Do you have a skill that you can contribute to davening or organization? If so, please send an e-mail with details to Hershel Safer at hsafer@alum.mit.edu. The minyan is only as successful as we make it – please write now.
   
• Looking for Torah readers for Sefer Devarim. Please contact Eyal Ainie, eyal.kangaroo@gmail.com, 052-2500158.
   
• The board meeting that was postponed from Tuesday 5th July is now rescheduled to take place on Monday 11th June at 20:30. The draft agenda is at   http://bermanshul.org/content/view/153/58 (login required). Please communicate any additional items to president@bermanshul.org or to any other board member.

• Please send in names (3 maximum) to gabbai@bermanshul.org, (preferably by Thursday) or write them out and to give to the Gabbaim before kria. Names must be resubmitted anew every week.
   
• If you are convalescing at home and would like visitors, please write in to bermanshul@gmail.com.

• Chugim and activities for all ages at Havayot Schweitz: Including 50+ coffee evenings (Sundays), מועדון חצ"ב (Tuesdays a.m.), Bridge for beginners, Tiyulim, etc.. For details and schedules see the Havayot Website (www.havayot.co.il).
• Members organizing private events (e.g. wedding, bar/bat mitzva celebrations etc.) are advised to use the shul calendar as follows:
  1. You can check for a date that does not clash with another event in the community.
  2. You may have your event listed as an anonymous "private event" so that others can avoid scheduling another event at the same time. Please let any board member know or send your request by e-mail to bermanshul@gmail.com.
