  • Mazal Tov to Judy & Menachem Malkosh on the birth of a granddaughter, and to the parents, Keren & Rami Malkosh of Mitzpe Ramon.

  • Αzkara for Rachel and Lenny Garfinkel, z"l
    1. The azkarah marking Rachel Garfinkel's z"l 13th yahrzeit and Lenny Garfinkel's z"l 5th yahrzeit will take place at the Rehovot cemetery, IY"H, on Friday, 22 January 2010/7 Shevat 5770 at 10 a.m. The family thanks everyone for the continued loyalty to Rachel's and Lenny's memories over all the years. It means a lot to everyone - both here and abroad.
    2. The annual Kabbalat Shabbat for women in Rachel's z"l memory will be held the following Friday evening, IY"H, 29 January 2010/15 Shevat 5770 - Parashat BeShalach - at the Kanners - 41 HaShomrim at 17:00. .
       
  • Bermans Pre-Purim Party and Talent Show: to take place Motsei Shabbat, 13th February (2 weeks before Purim) at Matnas Chavayot. For reservations and to declare your talents, please contact Rhea Israel or Chaya Tannor. All those who perform receive double scoops of ice cream! We are also looking for volunteers to organize the dessert bar for the evening.
     
  • Membership Directory (LAST CALL): In the very near future we plan to print and distribute a new version. The latest electronic (.pdf) version of the directory is available at http://bermanshul.org/restricted/membership.pdf. File access requires a username and password. Members are requested to review their listing in the current version (not the version printed over 2 years ago). Details may be updated online (preferred) or by sending e-mail to directory@bermanshul.org.
