- Please check that your Berman's mail is not being blocked by a spam filter

- The Yahrzeit for Tommy Fried z"l will be on Sunday January 3rd (17 Tevet) at
14:00 at the Rehovot cemetery. Mincha davening to follow. Tommy was
a Bermans member of long standing.
- There will be a blood drive in the shul on Sunday January 3rd from 5:30-9:30 PM.
Anyone who can come and donate is encouraged to do so.
- Purim: New bar-mitzvah boys who are interested in reading Megillat Esther this year
should contact David Tannor - 08 9494656.
- Membership Directory: In the near future we plan to print and distribute
a new version. The latest electronic (.pdf) version of the directory is available at
http://bermanshul.org/restricted/membership.pdf. File access requires a
username and password. Members are requested to review their listing
in the
current version (not the version printed over 2 years ago). Details may be
updated online (preferred) or by sending e-mail to
directory@bermanshul.org.

arrivals or people planning to come to Rehovot so that we can welcome them. You

- Members organizing private events (e.g. wedding, bar/bat mitzva celebrations
etc.) are advised to use the shul calendar as follows:
- You can check for a date that does not clash with another event in the community
- You may have your event listed as an anonymous "private event" so that others
can avoid scheduling another event at the same time. Please let any board member
know
PERSONAL & BASEMENT
Please note that the Berman Community does not take responsibility for the
Halachic propriety or kashrut of items listed.
- I'm interested in receiving names and numbers of teenage girls who
babysit. If you are interested in being on my list of babysitters to call
when the need arises, please e-mail me: avigayilsimpson@gmail.com or call
Avigayil at: 0506-405-122. I'd like to know also how much you charge,
whether you can babysit until late if necessary (midnight or 1 am - there
are times when I need), and whether you have experience with babies
(changing diapers, etc.). I have 2 small kids - girl age 5 and boy age 11
months.
- Looking for a reliable person for housecleaning. If you can recommend
