ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Mazal tov to Edith & Paul Linden on the marriage of their son Noam to Hila Draus, daughter of Zion & Yona Draus of Rishon LeZion.
     
  • The third meeting of the new weekly shiur, Parshat Hashavua: Reading Between the Lines by Prof. David Tannor, will be this Shabbat, Parshat Toldot, after Kiddush (from 11:00-11:30 AM) in the back of the shul. The shiur, is in English and analyzes the parsha through rabbinic (and occasionally non-rabbinic) eyes. Beginning and advanced students of the Parsha (women and men) are warmly invited.
     
  • We are organizing group from the shul to go for a Friday-Shabbat getaway on 8th-9th January 2010 (Parshat Shemot). Shabbat will be spent in the Har Tavor Hotel near Kfar Tavor. Further details are posted on the shul calendar.

  • Reminder: if you have not already done so, now is the time to get an Israeli tax credit for your 2009 donations.
